Corporate or Hole Sponsor
Would you like to be a Corporate Sponsor* ($250) or a Hole Sponsor for the Mountain Youth Golf Association’s Fundraising Golf Tournament? Follow the directions below for whichever payment method you prefer.
- Hole Sponsorship: This is an event only sponsorship where your logo will displayed on a single tee box throughout the tournament, as well as your company/organization’s name being mentioned at the Kickoff Fundraising Golf Tournament
- Corporate Sponsor: This is an annual sponsorship that will include everything offer for the Hole Sponsorship, but in addition your logo will be displayed on all tournament flyers and displayed on our website throughout our golf season.
Sponsor & Pay via Check
- Download & Complete Sponsorship Form (click here)
- Pay Sponsorship Fee (all net proceeds will go to the Mountain Youth Golf Association to benefit junior golfers in the area)
- Mail a Check + Sponsorship Form (include the sponsor name on the check in the memo section, make it out to Mountain Youth Golf Association, mail it (along with the sponsorship form) to P.O. Box 2709, Blue Ridge, GA 30513)
Sponsor & Pay Online
- Select “Individual” Below
- Select the “Corporate Sponsor” or “Hole Sponsor” ticket, then Pay Sponsorship Fee (all net proceeds will go to the Mountain Youth Golf Association to benefit junior golfers in the area)
- Complete Sponsorship Form (which you can do by purchasing the one of the two sponsorship tickets and answering the questions before checkout)
